Classic Trail Mix

A handy snack-time mixture of your favorite dried fruits and nuts!


15 cups, or about 30 servings


1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried mango or pineapple chunks
1 cup golden raisins
2 cups regular raisins
1 cup chocolate yogurt covered raisins
1 cup chocolate covered raisins
1 cup M & M candies
1 cups peanut M & M candies
3 cups mixed nuts
3 cups peanuts


1. Mix all ingredients. Store in an airtight container or heavy zip lock bag.

Additional Notes: 

Additional ingredient ideas: Dried papaya, granola chunks, roasted almonds, puffed sesame, honey roasted peanuts, chopped figs, prunes, dried apricots, dried bananas, dried apples, or any other nut or dried fruit.

10 minutes

This is a handy high-protein (if you have a lot of nuts in it) snack, and makes a great treat for children. It can be quickly and easily packed inside a sack lunch for at school or work.We love this! My rating: 10/10
