Tammy's Review:

These are yummy sweet coconut cookies. This recipe is quick to make, and I really like these cookies! For a basic cookie with coconut, this recipe is excellent! My rating: 9.5/10

Comments

Because these cookies are so thin, I was afraid I'd burn them, but they turned out great! Very light and chewy and just the right amount of sweet. I substituted a margarine/butter blend for the butter, making these very low in fat and cholesterol, but still very tasty.
