A flavorful grilled turkey burger seasoned with garlic and other herbs
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 small onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
sliced cheese, lettuce, sliced onions, ketchup, mustard, pickles and hamburger buns, for serving
1. Combine ground turkey with seasonings in a bowl and mix well with hands. Shape into 4 patties, each about 1/2-inch thick. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight.
2. Grill, covered, on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side or until done. Serve with cheese, buns, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, sliced onions, etc.

From my first bite, I was totally addicted to the great flavor of these Garlic Herb Turkey Burgers! The flavors were strong but not too strong, and the ground turkey (85% lean) was a great, consistent texture. YUM.
I want these again, and soon!! :)
