Tammy's Review:

My rating: 7/10. These are good, they really are... but there are desserts that I like better. :) That said, they still don't last long when we make them... ;)

9/10 Delicious!

This recipe is extremely good for the amount of work. I love lemon desserts and this is one of the best! The crust is delicious and not too hard, yet not falling apart.

This is one of my favorite desserts and they never stay for long at my house!

Lemon Meringue pie without all the work (10/10)

These lemon bars are outstanding. They are tangy and sweet like lomon meringue pie, but in smaller portions and much easier to make. I bet if you really wanted you could top the recipe with meringue and cook a couple extra minutes and even make it a faux lemon pie!
