Delicious!

I didn't have all the ingredients on hand so ended up using spaghetti instead of fettuccine and using about 1/3 of the bell peppers. Even so, it turned out absolutely delicious and my family all liked it. We'll definitely be making it again. :-) Thanks, Amanda!

Very easy!

This is a great recipe! We didn't have all the vegetables on hand so ended up only using tomatoes. Even so, the omelets were delicious and very easy to prepare. I hope to try this recipe again when we have more of the ingredients. :-)

Oh, and we added a pinch of salt and a bit of dried parsley flakes to the egg mixture for each omelet - gave it a bit more flavor and they turned out perfect. :-)

Delicious!!

This is a great recipe! The bread is soft and SO tasty -- I think I might try making pizza with the crust recipe. We used double the mozzarella cheese. The toppings were great! It's almost like eating Pizza Hut breadsticks or a white pizza. If you love breads, you'll love this recipe!

This recipe was also surprisingly easy and quick! Much easier than I expected. :D

The only thing I think I'll do differently next time, is bake at a lower temperature. The top of mine got a little too browned before the dough was really completely cooked. It wasn't burnt, just slightly darker than I would have preferred. Edited to add: Now, I do bake it at the temperature recommended in the recipe, but I leave it in the pan in the oven with the oven door cracked for a few extra minutes so it's not too browned. It gets fully cooked that way, and is delicious!! Edited again!! -- It seems that my oven bakes this best when it's made on a thin cookie sheet with holes in the bottom. I also make sure I bake it on the bottom or middle shelf position, and not at the top, to ensure that the crust and top are both finished cooking at the same time.

Also, I used 3 cups of flour instead of 2.

Really good recipe -- definitely going into our recipe box as a new favorite!!

Oriental Chicken Salad

This is one of the few salad recipes that is hearty enough for my husband to enjoy as a main dish for supper. I especially like to prepare it in the hot summer months. It makes a delicious supper without heating up the oven.

Baked Beans

This is a deliciously healthy dish that is also very versatile. We serve this at many family gatherings, and I often make it at home as a side and a main dish. On occasion I add cooked and seasoned ground beef and call it "Pioneer Beans." That's a fun way to serve it to children.

Grilled Cheese Loaf

What a wonderfully unique garlic bread! The last time we ate it, I had to stop my son from eating half of a loaf by himself.

Cream Cheese Brownies

These are a family favorite. We sometimes even have these in place of cake on birthdays! I also often bring them to potlucks. The last time I did, several people asked me for more as I was leaving with my empty plate!

Beef Vegetable Soup

A dinner I ordered at a restaurant in Indiana this past summer included a wonderful beef vegetable soup. It was so good that I told my husband I would have been happy ordering only the soup. How I wished I had the recipe. Now I do! What a pleasant surprise to try this recipe and find it tastes just like the restaurant's version.
My husband, who also loved this soup, kept saying, "What is that unique flavor?" That "unique flavor" comes from the combination of tomatoes, cabbage and sugar. I will be making this over and over.

Grilled Salmon Fillet

My son will finally stop saying,"We're having salmon? Yuck!" He loved this recipe! And I did, too. This is the best salmon I have ever eaten. The recipe combines a wonderful blend of smoke flavor and herb seasoning. It was delicious.

Try it with yogurt - it's amazing!

This recipe doesn't create granola "chunks", but that can be remedied by using more oil and honey (or maple syrup!). As it is though, it's a healthy, and yummy breakfast/snack. Try adding in some flax and sunflower seeds for extra protein, and variety!

Turkey Bacon

It is a joy to find another who is following the same path...even to eating!!! We have come to love Turkey Bacon and it seems more brands of it are appearing to try out too.
