I made a half batch of this granola today for my husband to take away with him. I left out the brown sugar (we cut out as much sugar as possible here) as well as the coconut as I had none in. We used olive oil, local honey, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, blueberries and sour cherries. It turned out so tasty! I ate some as soon as it was cool and I know that my husband will love it too.
Now I know I can leave out the sugar I will be making a big BIG batch! Thanks, Tammy :o)
