Quick Question

These were fantastic! I had never heard of 3-oz packages of cream cheese, but fortunately Tammy clarified that 3 ounces was the correct amount. Even my fiance who's not a huge fan of cheese absolutely loved them.

Great Recipe!

I had kefir coming out of my ears! So, I decided to try this. Wonderful flavor...

My only problem was that the cheapest, Rival Ice Cream Maker that I bought for about $25 will probably only last one or two more goes. I told my husband we had to drive to Cantril, Iowa to go to the Dutchman's Store and by a hand crank ice cream maker there. Uh, it is almost $200 and about 12 hours away... :o(

I baked twice in this month. Super easy and tasty. Not to heavy or sweet. It is just right in everywhere.

Question about add up green tea powder

Hi Tammy,
I used your recipes for about 4 weeks ago.
They are really useful and easy for me to cook or bake.
I'd like to use this recipe to bake a green tea cheese cake. Can I just add up green tea powder or have to decrease something to make up? And how much Tbs do you think I should add up in? Thank you!
PS..My cheese cake is in the oven now. Looks---- heart breaking beautiful!

Make these...you will be happy

I made these for Chag HaMatzot and they were a HUGE hit with my whole family! Literally, every single person who had these wants more. I am actually seasoning another batch right now for Shavuot because of this peperoni outcry :)

I used Himalayan pink salt instead of the Tender Quick to avoid the nitrates and nitrites and it turned out great. The peperoni wasn't quite as pink as the picture here but the taste was so good nobody cared. THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE!!!!!!

Berry Good!

I just took mine out of the oven ten minutes ago and it's delicious. Will make this again. It's not too sweet, very moist and light. Great dish to take to the office and share with co-workers.

Loved it!

I made this for my new beau last week and he raved. He said I could make this for him once a week and he'd never complain. It was quite delicious. I also pinned this recipe on pinterest and it got a lot of repins. =) I did substitute red onions for the green onions only because that was what I had on hand. Either way, I'm sure, is great. Thanks!

Shut-up! These Throwed Rolls are Great!

Made these in the bread machine as written. They are absolutely fabulous. I have been making Sweet Dinner Rolls for a while now and wanted something lighter. Wonderful recipe. I don't know who Lambert is but me thinks his/her rolls are awesome.

Made healthier substitutions with great results!

Made these last night for a sweet treat.....They are super yummy!! I substituted ground flax seed for half the butter and only used 1 1/4 cup of organic sugar (instead of the two types of sugar). I'll probably decrease the sugar even more next time. I also used whole oats instead of quick oats. This recipe made 42 cookies. I baked 14 and froze the rest to bake later.

I LOVE THESE!!!

I just got done making these. I used coconut oil, freshly ground spelt and added 2T of ground flax to the dough. I love them! I was in the store yesterday and I was going to buy them but the price made me balk. I remembered reading your recipe and knew I could do it. I cut one in half and put peanut butter in it (that is how my mom used to give them to us long long ago) and the other half I put chicken salad. PERFECT! My mom comes in 3 days she will love them for sure.
Anyone wondering the way I made them they are 210 calories each, minus the flax meal they are 199.

Birthday cake

Made this for my son's birthday this week - had to find an unleavened cake recipe and this was great! Since he loves coconut, I used German Choc. frosting. I think I'll be using this cake for my daughter's bday as well, even though it's not during DUB. It will be great as an ice cream cake! Since you said it was a little dry, took it out a couple minutes early and it was perfect. Even better the next day. Thanks so much for the recipe! Am enjoying going through your website and have found more recipes I want to try.

Oh, I forgot - I used two 9-inch cake pans and my cake seemed to be a little thicker than the one pictured. Looked almost like a leavened cake!

Addictive!

This is the absolute best granola ever! Crunchy, sweet and delicious. We leave out the coconut and some of the sugar.

Best Ever Granola Bars!

I will never buy these in the store again. So quick and easy and healthier.
I've used walnuts and flax meal and had great results as well.

Fantastic

These bread sticks are great. Not super easy with a 3 year old, but wonderful flavor. Nice spongy middle with crispy, buttery edges.
