It was very easy and pretty good. There was so much of it that we are still eating it 2 days later. I used mozzarella and I add green peppers when browning the meat. I usually us ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese, but my ricotta was already spoiled (never been opened and wasn't expired!) so I just layered with the mozzarella and it still turned out pretty good.
