This was a very tasty and easy recipe. Never being able to follow a recipe as it's written (usually becuase I'm using what I have on hand!), I used half Great Northern beans and half pinto beans, with co-jack cheese instead of Monterey Jack--it still tasted great. Next time I'll use HOT salsa for some extra spiciness!
