| yummers! Made this only with freshly ground Soft White Wheat and they melted in our mouths! Instead of rolling & cutting out, I rolled them into little balls and then smooshed them sort of flat. They cracked while baking and looked like a giant, fat spice cookie :). Then for the glaze, I used the soft & cinnamony, but added a dollop of cream cheese in with the butter. Very good & we will definately make again! |
