Of course, I can never just leave a rrecipe alone :). SKipped the jalapeno completely, didn't add nearly as much tomatoes. I did add a whole bunch of fresh chopped cilantro though. This made it more a Black Bean Salsa type recipe. So it was yummy over the pasta & very good as a chip dip or over nachos! YUM!
