My mother-in-law was temporarily placed on a liquid diet by her doctor, so I looked to "Tammy's Recipes" for recipe ideas. I cooked a batch of Creamy Potato Soup for her, and she and my father-in-law liked it so much that my father-in-law called to ask if I'd make some more. He said it worked perfectly for her. I also made enough for my family, and we loved it, too. My son asked if I'd make it the next night. It's an excellent soup.
