A new favorite... potato wedges!

Seasoned baked potato wedges recipe

One of Joshua's co-workers brought potato wedges in to work one night, and Joshua asked for his recipe. These seasoned baked potato wedges are as tasty as they are beautiful, and we've made them numerous times in the last month. They're fairly quick to make... especially considering that you're starting with plain old potatoes! :)

Joshua's co-worker loves potatoes, and cooks with them often. He told Joshua all about some of the differences in the various kinds of potatoes. :) It's so fun to learn new things about food! There are so many different foods we've never even tried, let alone mastered... :)

I have a very picky child and he loves potatoes he is always requesting them in almost any form. So this will be one I try! Tomorrow probably will not be soon enough for him.

Yummy!

This is very similar to what I do with potatoes sometimes. I have also seasoned them with parsley and basil seasoning and other herbs mixes. :)

The way to eat them Aussie style...

I love these also. Here in Australia they eat them with Thai sweet chili sauce and sour cream. Yum! (Dunk and eat!)

YES! YUM!

That is one of the best combinations I've been introduced to in my time living in Australia. THough I wasn't sure if it was an Aussie thing or just something I'd missed out on in the US. I make wedges seasoned only with salt and pepper and then eat them with lots of sour cream and sweet chili sauce. It's some of the best comfort food ever. MMmmm...

YUM

My children love baked potato wedges. I usually just season with salt and pepper and sweet paprika, but I'm going to give this one a try as well.

You inspired me to make these for dinner

I added minced garlic (I don't use the powdered), salt, pepper and Rosemary and then drizzled with Olive Oil. They were delicious and we will make them again and often. Thank you for the great idea!!

I make ours the same way

Except I use the powdered garlic. I use minced a lot, but somethings I like powdered.

I love making these when I make turkey or chicken burgers. Yummo!

We liked these too. But my little guys thought they were "too spicey". That was my favorite part!

WOW!

That is what my husband said when he took a bite of these potatoes! I'll be making these again soon.

Just perfect!

I loved the seasonings on these - I made them tonight for dinner with turkey burgers! Mikaylah even loved them and gobbled up every piece I put in front of her. :) I didn't have any chili sauce but I did put some sour cream on them - delicious!

I took at picture and it's on my blog. :)
