Birth day... for real :)
Thank you all so much for praying!! We were blessed with a lovely and healthy baby girl this morning after a whirlwind labor! (I know this is short on details, but I'm still waiting to get hold of my grandparents on the phone.) I'll be back later today with all the details and a few pictures. :)
Yahweh has blessed us so abundantly! He gave the strength I needed, and blessed us with a peaceful and quiet home birth. Joshua caught the baby while Yehoshua and Eliyahu were still sleeping! Our midwife and my mom both arrived shortly afterwards.
Praise Yahweh, for His goodness to us!! :)

Did the birth go so fast that your midwife and mom couldn't get there on time? That happened to me and my husband when our last baby was born. What an experience! My husband caught Ruthie and the midwife came half an hour later :). We had to be in the hospital (I have problems with bleeding), so there was a nurse nearby, but she was mostly busy with paperwork and my husband took charge of the delivery sort of by default!!
Congratulations again! That is wonderful news, and I am glad to hear that all is well. I wish I could be there to bring a gift or a meal or something (but I'm sure if all of us readers did that, you'd probably be quite overwhelmed!)
Was she born the 23rd? That's my birthday, too.
