I've made lasagne 3 times in the last 6 years. Once was 6 years ago and the last 2 times were within the last 3 weeks. Thats because I found this recipe!

I made it for guests and the wife kept saying how her lasagne recipe was an old fashioned one and took forever. SO I was nervous to feed this to her. But she & her family loved it! They couldn't believe it was so easy (nor could I).

I love the cottage cheese in place of ricotta. It's less expensive and something I normally have on hand.
