| Perfect after a busy day I got home earlier tonight and wanted to make your Farmhouse Chicken but didn't have the time to cut up the veggies, make the stuffing, etc., so I opted for this meal as I could just put it in the oven and do some housework. I made a few changes. I doubled the rice. chicken, liquid, and seasonings so there would be enough for our family. I'm thinking I may try broth next time instead of milk, but the milk worked out fine. I did not have any chives but added in thyme, sage leaves, and a dash of garlic powder. Used seasoned salt instead of paprika. I could not find mine in my spice cabinet. It was delicious and we really enjoyed it. I steamed some broccoli, made some biscuits, and we were good to go.
