My whole family - even my son who normally does not like rice at all - loved this rice. The flavor was wonderful! I used half smart balance and half olive oil for the butter and it turned out fine. The only small problem I had was that it was a little dry at the end but I think that was more my rice cooker than the recipe. I'm not in love with my rice cooker, but tried it since the recipe author used one. Next time I will try the stovetop or oven. A tasty, easy rice for any dinner.
