The sunshine in our lives Ruth Patience is our sweet smiling sunshine girl! She's such a precious blessing. It's been a while since I shared pictures of her, so here are a few! :)  Ruth is 4 months old now. She eats well, sleeps well, and smiles lots. :) Her middle name, Patience, describes her well, as she occasionally has to be patient while I am attending to a brother-caused emergency of some sort, and she takes it all with a smile. :)  Ruth's just getting interested in toys! :) We got some Peek-a-Blocks at a garage sale last week, and she's had a lot of fun with them! Yehoshua even builds towers for her to knock down. :) She is so adorable! I love her beautiful thick hair. It reminds me of my son, except he was a "mohawk" baby - never could get it to lay down. : ) Thanks for sharing. What an angel baby. :) Michelle so, I'm up late (early?)and giving myself some "me time" to enjoy the blogs I love. What a treat! Seeing the new pix of that beautiful baby brought a big smile to my face. One more thing to love about reading Tammy's blog! Have a wonderful day with your wonderful family. Sunshine She's beautiful! oh la la! Elle est trop belle!! She is too cute and getting big. I have been reading your blog for about 3 months and i really enjoy coming here. This is my first stop every morning!! Thanks for letting us in and helping me to go back to the basic and still be able to enjoy life. Wow Tammy- she has grown so much! Hasn't 4 months gone by so very quickly!  I know this is a food/recipe website, but I love when you post about your kids and family. :o) Ruth is getting so big! And of course, she's as cute as ever. :o) Do you know she has more hair than my 18 month old? LOL! :o) Oh my! Do they come any cuter than Ruth? What a little darling. Thanks for sharing and have a great day! Trixie Oh, she is just adorable. I can't get over that hair! Everybody comments about how much hair my babies have, but Ruth makes them look bald by comparison. :) So beautiful! All that hair! Honestly...my kids were like 2-3 years old before they had that much hair! I can't believe she's 4 months old already! Oh Look at that little doll!! Tammy, Ruth is so cute. I can't believe how high and good she is holding up her head. I just have to laugh at that hair too. My babies have hair like that too. I'm always getting comments on how much hair they have. Isn't it nice to have a laid back personality baby. My last one is NOT that kind this time. But he is so sweet though. Keep the cute kid pictures coming. I love em! Blessings, Aw.. What a sunshine! So do you feel girls are different than boys? I think so for sure. I have one girl and 3 boys and they are so very different. Even as little babies. :) What a cute little girl! And I too love her hair! Thank you for sharing these photos with us! She is so adorable, Tammy. I'm sure you're going to have lots of fun with that hair once she's old enough. :) Thank you for sharing pictures of your little baby with us. It sounds like your boys are really loving with Ruth. Did you have to prepare them for it or did they just love her from day one? -- Awww she's beautiful! I have to agree with everyone else about the pretty hair too. :) Like the food in those blocks. LOL It made me wonder if you're training her in early in the ways of sharp looking food. :) She is adorable! I love how CUTE she is -- and that hair is absolutely beautiful. She reminds me of my own little girl and always has. That hair really makes them look alike. You'll have lots of fun with that! (and by fun, I don't mean "fun" as in "it's such a pain" --because it's not when you handle it daily-- but rather in playing with it and treating her like your doll. :)) Thanks for posting those pictures! Just thought you might like to know I included a link to your blog in my lastest blog post. http://from-my-life.blogspot.com/2008/05/recipes-from-blogosphere.html Too cute...and knocking down towers is lots of fun. ;) My son and daughter did the same - he'd build them, she'd knock them down with lots of baby giggles. SHe is a beautiful little girl! Enjoy her while she's still a baby because as you know, it won't be long 'til she's up scampering after the other two. WHAT a little Sweet Pea! And all that adorable hair! And those cheeks! And that little kissy mouth! How on earth do you get anything done around your house? I bet it's so tempting to let everything else go and just cuddle that little muffin! I mean that literally---my 4 year old was standing by me when I loaded up the page with Ruth's pictures and she quickly told me that she wanted one of those-I asked her "one of what" and she said "one of those baby dolls" :-D I explained that she was a real baby and couldn't be purchased in a store-she was very disappointed. Ruth is beautiful! I have enjoyed your blog since a friend told me about it two weeks ago. I have been inspired to start my own as we are making big changes in our lifestyle right now. Lisa Q.
