Free sample from Nordic Naturals

Go here [1] to sign up for a free sample of fish oil/Omega-3 supplement from Nordic Naturals [2]! Our samples arrived in the mail a few weeks ago and we were quite impressed! The boys especially enjoyed getting to try the childrens' cod liver oil, which was flavored naturally.

And, inside the package was a plastic card (see above) with a chart about mercury levels in fish. I'm keeping the card in my purse for handy reference at the grocery store! :)
