| My favorite smoothie! Our family has smoothies either for lunch or with lunch nearly every day. Each of us have our own personal favorite flavors. This is mine (though I don't measure - just a handful of strawberries, one banana, enough kefir for the right consistency, and the scoop of whey protein powder). Sometimes I add a bit of cashews pieces or a sprinkle of unsweetened shredded coconut, but I prefer just the basic delicious smoothie. :) |
