I made this tonight and my children and I loved it! DH is not a broccoli fan so he would not touch it, but I thought it was just about perfect! Best soup I have had for sometime and the really great thing is, this soup is so easy to make!!! I have tried other broccoli soups that needed to be blended and whatever...who has time for that. This was perfect!!! I will make it again, and again! I am going to freeze the rest of it to see how it freezes, but I suspect it will be fine.
