I made this last week and took it with us when we went to visit company. I had assumed it might last the whole weekend. It was gone by Saturday afternoon! haha! It's easy to make, delicious, and pretty to look at. When I was making it, I thought that the 9x13 pan would be too big because the batter seemed to be spread pretty thin, but it came out perfectly!
