We love pears! We were buying them from a roadside stand on our way home from Jack's school for 10 cents each. They were so yummy and juicy and so much better than the grocery store variety.
My children can't get enough and now you have made me want to go get some!

I got quite a few free pears this year. I canned all of mine that we didnt eat fresh. Some were made into pear honey and some canned into pear slices.
