Since I'm making this for the second time I thought I should probably review this!:-) I made this for the first time when we had dinner with our new neighbours. She liked it so much she asked me to make it for her birthday party today.:-) I didn't change it around this time because I figured if she liked it that much the first time I should leave it. But next time I make it I will probably halve the dough amount. My dough turns out much thicker than I'd like and it takes too long for it to get done. Also I think I'd enjoy the apple and cream cheese layers more if I could taste them better! So next time, definitely thinner dough and then I think my rating would go up, as the combination of flavours and the presentation of a dessert pizza is really great.:-)
