Am I a hypocrite too?
Like ruthieroo I changed some of the ingredients. The main difference being that I used cooked rice instead of chicken (since I'm vegetarian). I also used Zuchini instead of squash and I added some feta cheese. But the general idea was the same, and it came out delicious. Plus this was super easy, my husband loved it, so it's definitely going to be made very often in our house :)
