I make almost this exact same recipe and in fact it is in the oven right now for dinner tonight with pumpkin waffles. Husband and kids love it hot and cold. I make it a lot in winter as a side, especially when Aldi has bags of apples on sale I stock up and we have it a lot. I usually bake for about 45 minutes and that is perfect.
