The flavor of this granola is excellent. I must be the only one however who does not read directions before cooking! Do not bake your raisins with the rest of the granola...they will turn into crunchy disgusting little blobs of no flavor!!! Not a reflection on the recipe though, just a valuable life lesson!!!
