Made healthier substitutions with great results!
Made these last night for a sweet treat.....They are super yummy!! I substituted ground flax seed for half the butter and only used 1 1/4 cup of organic sugar (instead of the two types of sugar). I'll probably decrease the sugar even more next time. I also used whole oats instead of quick oats. This recipe made 42 cookies. I baked 14 and froze the rest to bake later.
