Im a stranger to Lamberts, too, but no matter, these baked up like absolute perfection :) They were my first attempt at a yeast dinner roll, and my kids and I were so impressed!! Can't wait for my husband to get home to try them, too. I actually used the dough to make 3 different sizes of roll-one like the recipe, one where I used a glass pie dish and filled it with the small balls of dough, and another small glass pyrex circle filled with larger size balls.
