I voted 1-2 times per week. But that's usually just whoever is out doing the weekly grocery shopping. =) Since it's an all day thing (we live 30-45 minutes away) it usually involves being out over lunch.

I work four days a week, so I always bring a lunch with me on those days. It saves gas instead of returning home for just a quick lunch break!

what to vote! Lately we have hardly been eating out, but we are usually out every other Sabbath. :)

I am in college and also work, most days I try to pack a lunch for when I am at work and can use the fridge, but with my classes spread throughout the week, I end up having to eat out about 8 or more times a week. It does get really expensive, so I try to mix it up a bit with stuff from the house that won't go bad without a fridge.

:( it is what happens when you have 5 kids in different things that keeps you away from home. Back when we didnt participate in those things we ate out alot less often.
I have tried crockpot meals, heating up left overs, ect but when a restraunt is right across the street from the event youjust attended and home is 30 minutes or more away it is just too tempting.

That includes the pizza we order from a local-one-of-a-kind-awesome pizza place. We tend to travel far from home on errand days and will sometimes grab a small bite to eat while out and about.

Under our current circumstances, I am semi paralyzed and still mastering standing for any length of time, so if the crock pot or oven isn't doing the cooking for me, most of our meals are eaten away from home, I think in the last two years, I have made maybe 9 or 10 meals that were more complex than spaghetti and Meatballs, but 2 years ago, That number would have been the exact opposite, since We rarely Ever ate out, it was the treat not the norm...
I am learning how to make more flavorful, meals using my servants, so that we are not feeling so wasteful, but its a challenge and a half since I only knew how to cook chili and roast in them before I got really sick...so a learning experience it has been.

We eat out 2 to 3 times a month. Once a month we go to the small Air Guard base where my husband is stationed for either brunch or Prime Rib for $3.65 a person (more or less all you can eat, aside from the single portion of prime rib). The other time we eat out is when we go grocery shopping as it is a 1 hour drive (one way) to the grocery store. That is a day where we try to coordinate medical appointments with the grocery shopping. Thankfully at this time of year our only medical appointments are with the dentist in Feb/Mar time frame!! Prior to moving to Alaska we ate out far more often and I can honestly say I do NOT miss it!

We eat out 2 to 3 times a month. Usually it is a Chinese buffet. We prefer home cooking but every once in a while you need a break. The meals we do have usually are when we go shopping in the city.

Well, we do out sometimes. Once every month or two. With the prices being what they are and just the simple unhealthy things most "out" places have to offer it is just better all around to eat at home. Having six kids it costs a fortune to take them out for unhealthy fare.

Since having my baby, we eat at home most of the time now. For a special treat, we will ord er in something that we don't make at home like Indian food.
