Pumpkin Dinner Rolls recipe

This week's featured recipe is one of our favorite autumn and winter breads: Pumpkin Dinner Rolls!

I first made these delicious, soft homemade rolls a couple years ago for a family gathering on Thanksgiving. I made a double batch, enough to feed 40 or 50 people, and every single roll was eaten at dinner that day! Of course, they were fresh from the oven Thanksgiving morning, which made them even tastier! Numerous family members begged me for my recipe! And, of course, now it's my duty to bring fresh pumpkin dinner rolls to every family gathering. ;)

You wouldn't even know these rolls had pumpkin in them except for the beautiful yellow color of the bread. They look wonderful, and taste amazing! We like to serve them with butter. Leftover rolls can be wrapped in foil and re-warmed in the oven for later meals. I have also made half-batches of these rolls and used my bread machine to knead the dough.

For a delicious autumn bread, try our Pumpkin Dinner Rolls! They're one of our favorites!!
