Our family eats meat at least once every day. I'm trying to make some more things without meat a little more often (like pasta salad), but most of our favorite recipes have meat.
it's between once a week and a few times a week. my husband is a vegetarian so dinner usually has no meat (sometimes fish though because he does eat that) but the kids and i will get meat during other meals or when we eat out.
My husband and I are both vegetarians. It was hard at first because everything seems to have some sort of meat in it. But I found a wonderful vegetarian cookbook that opened up a new world to us. And since we don't mind soy 'meat' we can still make alot of our favorite foods with this meat substitute.

Ours too ;)
I voted for "multiple times per day" but a lot of things aren't mostly or entirely made of meat... just a little here and there :D
