A creamy, cheesy dip made from salsa, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese
2 cups of dip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded sharp cheddar cheese*
1 cup salsa (use hotter salsa for a spicier dip!)
1. Combine cream cheese and salsa in mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until creamy. Stir in cheese. Chill until serving.
2. Serve with crackers, chips, fresh veggies, etc.

*We prefer a sharp cheddar in this but you can use any kind. Sometimes I do some sharp cheddar and some pepper jack, just depends on what we have on hand.
"[This is] one of our favorite dip recipes. My husband likes it with tortilla chips or spread on a burger. I like it with round crackers (like Ritz or Hi-Ho). My daughter will eat it by the spoonful if I let her!
"It's so easy to make and I always have the ingredients on hand. It is better if it has a chance to sit for at least a couple of hours for the flavors to blend but it's really good right after you make it too. It's my stand-by if we are invited someplace last minute and I need somethig to take, or for a quick easy snack. It goes great with sandwiches for a quick lunch (or sometimes it's just lunch by itself with some crackers!).

This is a yummy nacho chip dip! This would go great in place of sour cream on taco salad, also. It's flavorful and cheesy, and probably the easiest cheese dip I've ever made! My rating: 10/10.
