My rating: 10/10. This is one of my favorite meals. I especially like the seasoned meat. It tastes similar to the taco seasoning that is sold in little packets in the store; however, this homemade version is much cheaper and much healthier (no MSG!). This is the basic recipe for how we make our meat for tacos, enchiladas, nachos, and chili. It's really really good! :)

Marvelous
WOW this is good. Way better than the little packages. I even had all the ingredients in my pantry! I did add black olives and sliced avocado to mine. Great summer dinner. Thanks Tammy!

This rocked!
I tried this recipe out tonight. Taco salad is one of our favorites, but I had been feeling like it was too bland. Using your taco meat recipe gave it an extra burst of flavor. It was a hit! :-)

MMMMMMmmmmm MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm
This is very very good. I had experimented a couple of years ago making my own taco seasoning instead of using the packages bought at the store. It never tasted quite right. I decided to give this a try last night and it is SOOO GOOD! We are having taco salads and also a variation of Tammy's Mexican Rice tonight for supper.

One of my favorites: the way I always season the meat (burger) for mexican dishes
Please see the recipe above for my full review! Thanks! ~Tammy
