Spicy Sweet Pepper Steak over Noodles recipe   I made this Spicy Sweet Pepper Steak recipe tonight. I decided to be creative and add a little "twist" to my recipe. I didn't mention this to Joshua. Earlier in the day, he had asked me what I was planning for dinner. I said I was planning to make omelets.

Joshua's reaction to the idea of omelets for dinner was less than enthusiastic... so I got busy thinking of something better for tonight. I already had (leftover) steak thawed. (Read more to hear about my surprise for Joshua!) ;)
