Another Review for the Crust

I followed the recipe for the crust, but didn't make this pizza (like Amy's review). I do plan to at some point though. My husband considers me to be a great cook, but my baked goods come from boxes, pouches, tubes, etc. Thanks for sharing a recipe that has given me the confidence to explore baking the same way I've done cooking. It turned out great, and will be made regularly in our house. I don't remember why or when I bought the yeast, but thankfully it hadn't expired. Now I'll keep adding it to my shopping lists. I made two pizzas tonight. It was kind of spur of the moment, so both were 1/2 buffalo chicken (for husband) and 1/2 BBQ sauce & cheese (for 3 yo, 1yo, and me...I'm a vegetarian & 3 yo just loves cheese pizza)...didn't have the ingredients on hand for proper pizza sauce. I had to make the 2nd one so that everyone could get their fill.

WOW!!!

I wasn't sure about these before I made them, but I'm so glad I did!

These are perfect!! The cranberries are the perfect tartness in the muffins. FANTASTIC!

My first ever Homemade bread and it turned out AWESOME

Tammy I baked this bread yesterday. I have NEVER baked bread before. My son-in-Law is a baker so he bakes but I am not a wheat bread person and neither is he. This was soooo easy I used my Kitchen-aid mixer and it mixed it perfect. It is sooo delicious. The only thing I did different was to add 2 teaspoons of instant clear-jel for conditioning(a tip from my son-in-law) It is so soft and the taste is out of this world. My son-in-law gives it a 10 he loved it too and everyone else in my family. I will bake this bread and never buy bread again. Thanks for posting this recipe and OH we live in Ohio so I used the first recipe.

Thank GOD!

Ok...I use to make this bread weekly by memory. Then we moved so I didn't bake for several weeks, and my computer died. I could not for the life of me remember the website name, my google search didn't find you either. I tried every King Arthur WW recipe they had. My kids kept saying..."why don't you just make your old bread, please" I made it, they walked in the door from school and could smell it instantly. I don't know how they could tell! They knew it was their old bread:) So now I want to adapt this recipe to a 13x4x4 pullman pan, to decrease the crust and make it perfect for sandwhiches. Any suggestions?

When something is baked it will bubbly over with...

So simple, easy to do! Friend friendly too!

Made this today, TRUE!
Luckily I put a tray underneath as it slightly bubbled over too!
Did top it with mozzarella cheese!
For my friend's family, this certainly will please!

Perfection!!

DELICIOUS!!

Im a stranger to Lamberts, too, but no matter, these baked up like absolute perfection :) They were my first attempt at a yeast dinner roll, and my kids and I were so impressed!! Can't wait for my husband to get home to try them, too. I actually used the dough to make 3 different sizes of roll-one like the recipe, one where I used a glass pie dish and filled it with the small balls of dough, and another small glass pyrex circle filled with larger size balls. Every one of them were yummy!!! Thanks, Tammy!

YUMMY!

I'm new to your site, but have to say I love your style of cooking.

This is the BEST chicken I have baked. I've shied away from roasting a chicken because it always turned out dry and yukky. I decided to try your way and WOW!! I (baked) your Grilled Scalloped Potatoes too! Very impressed in our house! I baked the potatoes for the last hour and a half with the chicken. Perfect!

It's only two of us, so we have lots of yumminess for a few days - which I'm going to try a few of your other recipes.
